Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at EnduroFresh. Due to the personal nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

Refund and Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during transit or arrives defective. To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions apply:

  1. Damages and Issues:

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

    • Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Due to hygiene and safety considerations, all personal care items, including deodorants, cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

    • We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Return Process for Damaged or Defective Items

To start a return for a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us at info@endurofresh.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Order number.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions, including a return shipping label if necessary. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
